Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telecallers to assist in promoting our resort booking services and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote-based position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote resort booking services and special offers.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about resorts, and assisting with bookings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the resorts, packages, and promotions offered by the company.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve services and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or tourism are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
- Knowledge of resort booking processes and customer service best practices.
- Multilingual abilities (optional but advantageous).
